Mr. Jannotta has been actively investing personal and family capital through Warwick Capital Partners in private businesses and real estate. He is currently a Director of three private enterprises, including Alcyone Lifesciences, Arthromeda, and C3 HealthcareRx. Mr. Jannotta was a Principal of GTCR from 1998 to 2011, when he retired from the firm. Mr. Jannotta served as Managing Director in William Blair’s private equity investing group from 1988 to 1998. He graduated from Princeton University in 1982 and Harvard Business School in 1986.
Mr. Lupo is the former chairman and chief executive officer of DHL Worldwide Express. Mr. Lupo joined DHL in 1976. He served as chairman and CEO from 1986 to 1997 and executive chairman from 1997 to 2001. During his tenure at DHL, he served as CEO, The Americas, and general counsel. Lupo received a law degree from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. degree from Seattle University. He is a former director of O2 PLC, Ladbrokes PLC, and a former member of the supervisory board of Cofra, AG.
Mr. Field is the Founder of LDF Ventures, LLC which is the private investment company for Lawrence Field. Prior to forming LDF Ventures, LLC Mr. Field was the founder and Managing Director of Regent Private Capital, LLC from 2000 to 2018. He was the Chairman of Tulsa Inspection Resources from 2008 until 2014. He Founded Cypress Energy Partners in 2011 which went public on the NYSE in 2014. Mr. Field graduated with a B.S. Degree from the University of Texas in 1978 where he also served as Captain of the Men’s Varsity Golf team from 1979-1982.
Mr. Sunak is the Founder and CEO of LinkSquares which is one of the fasted growing SaaS companies in the world according to Inc. 5000. In 2021, Vishal was named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, one of the preeminent competitive business awards for entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies. Vishal has a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Kalishman is the Chairman and CEO SAK Construction, one of the fastest-growing, privately held pipeline rehabilitation and tunneling contractors in the U.S. today. Founded in 2006 by a seasoned team of experts in underground construction and trenchless technology, the company focuses on helping clients nationwide identify the most cost-effective solutions to the many operational, regulatory and environmental problems associated with deteriorating sanitary and storm sewers. Prior to SAK, Tom led the U.S. Business of Insituform, and served on the Board of Directors. He started his career with Bain Consulting and graduated from the Wharton School of Business.
